Ok, that Arch Angels idea I was telling you about. I'm going to give you the complete basics of it, which can be molded to fit this RP if we'd like to use it.
Basically, there are 4-7 enhanced humans used by the government to complete missions, from assassinations, to body guards, anything the government needs. These enhanced humans are stronger, heal faster, and each are specially designed to work in specific regions of the world. They are kept in separate one-way mirror cages in an underground facility, with absolutely no contact with each other or any other human being other than during missions and training sessions. They do not see others, they do not talk to others, they do not touch others except for these times, and it has been like this for years.
Each one is trained in a specific way. One is trained to fight in darkness, so is kept in residual darkness in his room. Another is trained to fight in extreme cold, and so has been conditioned for so long that cold no longer bothers them: they can walk around naked in a blizzard and won't shiver. One is trained for heat, etc etc.
They are trained to resist torture by, you guessed it, being tortured. They are sometimes deprived of sleep, food, clothing. Sometimes, two are made to switch rooms, so, for example, the one who has been conditioned for warmth is thrown into extreme cold, and vise versa. Basically anything that might drive anyone insane.
They live as such for years, but then are 'rescued' by an enemy faction, who overtakes the underground base they are being held in, and the fun ensues. Do they opt to join this new faction? Do they fight against it and go with their original programming? Or do they go nutso on an unsuspecting world?
Basically, that's it. Some goes with the psycho idea, but as I said above, this idea can be manipulated to fit our needs. What do you think?
