Abilities: Above average strength and senses compared to humans especially senses. He can run very fast and can fly but only in short bursts.
He can feel the presence of most non human creatures.
Illusion (hates the true term fae glamour), he can change the appearance of any object for a set time, the time and strength of the illusion (size, duration)increases with his age. Decreases with fatigue.
Siren, he can hypnotize with his voice, and different sounds can evoke different moods and levels of consciousness.
As an unseelie he cannot purge demonic powers, but he can absorb them. Too much can make him sick, so it must be released or drawn from him.
Kiss of death; so yeah he's a siren.. when he lures his victims in one kiss, his lips their flesh, anywhere and they are dead. How soon depends on the strength of the foe. The catch? His soul is tied to them until they die, he can feel what they feel, know what they know, see what they see, he becomes their death and slowly drain the life from them, crushing their soul with his.
And damn good brawler.
Personality: Painfully random, humorous and possibly psychotic. Everything he does is extreme in some way, whether its practicing for hours on end until he gets a song down perfect, sleeping for nearly twenty-four hours to catch up on his constant lack of sleep, or demolishing an entire building while chasing one demon.. shit happens *shrugs*
Jared is a hysterical person to be around but when angered is prone to brooding moody fits that consist of total silence and glares to an all out violent fit of rage. Has been known to punch his fist through a few walls. The anger is rare and mostly for show to cover up the fact that he is easily hurt and sensitive of his mixed race nature. Most of the time he likes being funny and one of his favorite pass times is flirting ith everyone and pranking Travis, his direct authority while in the human realm.
Very sensitive and loving, but because of his past hesitates and is cautious of those that show interest in a serious relationship with him. Friend relationships receive lots of love and snuggles from him, though... maybe more on occasion.
Background: Jared is not human. He is Fae. Upon the birth of one human, Jared Philips, this child was switched for the Fae prince, to protect the royal heir from death as the Seelie court descended upon the Unseelie in efforts to force a merge of all the Fae. While he lives this effort is useless, though he must come of age and prove himself before he can claim his throne..and a shit load of power. For now he has above average power for even a Fae,but not enough to handle the ancient powers of the Unseelie court.
