Pic a chat, any chat

Voting is Closed. As per membership votes received, MChat is the new chat service we will use.

Since AS opened, there has been a ton of discussion on which chat to use, with each one carrying their own quirks, awesome traits, and not so awesome traits. After a lot of research, I've narrowed it down to two that has *almost* everything we need, or would like, in a chat service, and have decided to leave the final choice up to membership vote. I've included information below on both of the chat services so you are able to make an informed decision on both.

Chatango:
The Good:
:Auto refresh
:Avatars
:Guests can join the conversation
:Members can manipulate color and font of text
:It is available on every page of the forum
:If a highly disruptive member or guest breaks chatbox rules through harassment, mentioning of explicit body parts, etc... that member can be banned from the chat exclusively, leaving the rest of the site open for their enjoyment.
:Auto-refresh, with a list of who is online inside the chatbox itself

The Bad:
:It crashes. A lot.
:Through their Chatango account, members can get spam/inappropriate material sent to them (this happens to me a lot)
:Stalking through the Chatango account (this happens to me, too)
:Users have to have a Chatango account to fully access Chatango abilities, such as a username and avatar

MiniChat
The Good:
:Avatar usage
:It doesn't crash!
:Guests can chat
:If a highly disruptive member or guest breaks chatbox rules through harassment, mentioning of explicit body parts, etc... that member can be banned from the chat exclusively, leaving the rest of the site open for their enjoyment
:Users do not need a special chat account, just a membership on AS.
:Auto-refresh, with a list of members who have chatted in the last hour both in the chat, and on the footer of the index

The Bad:
:Only available on the index. But, if you're like most of us, you have multiple windows open anyway ^^
:No fun manipulation of text colors/fonts
